European MTB Guide & Instructor Summit

Registration is closed for this event
During the European MTB Guide & Instructor Summit, we will discuss and develop a framework for a European MTB Guide and Instructor Certification. First discussions about the desirability and necessity of European guidelines regarding MTB Guide and Instructor programs took place at IMBA Europe's Summit in Cercedilla, Spain, March 2014. This particular meeting can be considered as a logical next step towards this European framework. Therefor experts and representatives of existing European based MTB Guide or Instructor Programs are invited to share their knowledge and opion. The three main steps of this meeting will be: • Present and get to know all different programs • Discussion and agreement on a common job discription of MTB Guides • Discussion and agreement on the lowest training standard to fit the job
