Eager to visit more trail networks? Following the IMBA Europe Meet-Up in Sebnitz, our partners from BikePlan will organize a Ride Out, an extended best practice study tour to selected MTB destinations in Poland and the Czech Republic. Participants can choose between two options:
Option 1 | Short Study Tour of approx. 1.5 days, Saturday afternoon & Sunday (10-11 October), visiting:
- Singltrek pod Smrkem / Świeradów-Zdrój – exploring the cross-border singletrack network between Poland and the Czech Republic and;
- Pasmo Rowerowe Olbrzymy, Jelenia Góra / Piechowice, Poland – riding selected trails (including the famous Doppler Trail) and getting an insight into the development of the trail network and destination.
Option 2 | Extended Study Tour of approx. 2.5 days, Saturday afternoon to Monday (10-12 October). Same itinerary as the Short Study Tour plus:
- Trutnov Trails, Czech Republic – an additional day of riding and exchange around one of the established and biggest Czech trail networks.
The tour will combine riding, first-hand experience and professional exchange around trail development, operation and MTB destination development. The detailed itinerary, timings, selected rides and practical information will be available in the MTBUnited event app. Some details may still be adjusted depending on the group and local conditions.
